Hi Von,

I reached out to the ASF Infra team about this issue. They helped me to
figure out that the Service Desk features in the RocketMQ JIRA project had
been enabled for some reason. They disabled this feature (it is not needed
at all by RocketMQ) because they believe that this was getting in the way
of the Agile boards functioning properly. Can you please try to start the
Agile activities now and let me know the result?
