The Incubator PMC vote has closed and John Ament said that he considers this vote the IPMC recommendation to the board. This means that we can proceed with the following two next steps as noted by John:
1) The nominated chair sends the resolution to the board @Vintage Wang, since you are the nominated PMC chair for RocketMQ, you should send the resolution to the ASF board. Please email the resolution that Von created to bo...@apache.org with the subject: RocketMQ Graduation from Incubator to TLP. 2) Mentor to post it to the agenda of the next board meeting I have already added the RocketMQ resolution to the agenda for the next board meeting. The next board meeting is taking place on: 20 Sept 2017 at 10:30am PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) 21 Sept 2017 at 1:30am CST (China Standard Time) Please see the following URL for more information about the meeting time for many cities in different time zones: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingtime.html? iso=20170920&p1=136&p2=179&p3=224&p4=237&p5=44 Below is the dial in information for the call: International : +1-650-479-3208 <(650)%20479-3208> U.S. Toll-Free : +1-877-668-4493 <(877)%20668-4493> Other Toll-Free : http://s.apache.org/board-dialin Access Code : 2329 5771 A word of warning: ASF board meetings are pretty dry and usually around 1.5 - 2 hours long. Also, resolutions are introduced for discussion close to the end of the meeting. Although I will be on vacation at this time, I will do my best to dial in to listen and help field any questions that may arise. Bruce On Tue, Sep 5, 2017 at 4:35 PM, John D.
