Has anyone got the "svn switch" command to work properly with this change?

I got it to work for my trunk and roller_4.0_newbackend workspaces
(without the --relocate flag), but I had problems that I cannot
explain with my other workspaces.

My understanding is that this should work ...

svn switch --relocate https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/roller/
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/roller/

but I always get this error ...

svn: Relocate can only change the repository part of an URL

the only info I have about it right now is this ...

"Note that svn switch --relocate will work only if the new URL points to
the exact same repository. Each Subversion repository has its own UUID,
and the client will compare the UUID for the new repository to the one
from the old repository and ensure that they're the same before allowing
the switch to complete."

which suggests that there won't be any way to use the relocate feature
because the actual repository has moved, not just the url. anyone
actually relocated the svn url for their workspace?
