Thanks. The group perms seem to be setup properly now. I was able to
do the update and am now waiting for the sync.

Thanks for tracking this down, Anil. I just did some "chmod -R g+w *"
magic and I believe all the site directories (including .svn) are
group writable for the 'roller' group. Do things work for you now?
