Permissions for the file list

Hi Dave.

My name is Luis and work in implementing a roller.

I am working in Xinha editor and I need the list of files for insert multimedia 
files, audio and video entries in the blogs.

I already edit tiles.xml and create your template, and add a new action in 
structs.xml, to use the class Resources.java and a list of files. The problem 
is that when I'm editing an already published, and I ask the list of files to 
the class Resources.java tells me that I do not have the necessary permissions 
for the file list. The question is how do you change the class Resources.java 
to obtain the list of files even when I'm editing an already published?
