Glassfish is a fine App Server, regardless of that creepy guy
(http://bit.ly/acvVeM) but since I changed employers I don't really
have reason to use it anymore.

If you want better Glassfish coverage in the install guide, then
please review what we have now (as Enrique has done) offer suggestions
for improvement.

The same goes for other app servers. If you care about one specific
server, then now is the time to test. I'm happy to fix things (with a
little help) to make Roller work on any server.
