That sounds like a good organization. Do you need help moving themes from Java.net? Regarding the plugins: some can be moved over to Apache Roller now. I think the memcached and JSPWiki plugins can now be implemented with Apache license-friendly components. I will put that on my list of things to do for the Roller 5 release. Thanks, Dave
