Hi Shelan,

Anybody can have an account on the wiki and edit documentation. We
don't ship wiki docs with Roller releases, so you don't have to have
an ICLA on file with Apache to do so. I believe you just register on
the wiki and get going, but it would be nice to discuss any big
changes that you plan to make.

For the Install, User and Template guides, you will need to send in an
ICLA. I would recommend editing the OpenOffice.org docs directly, then
when you have changes to submit you can submit the edited document as
an attachment to a JIRA issue.
