I agree that Roller must keep its own internal search feature ! For many reasons : The first one is the Google Search Engine has a cost ! We have to pay for request to keep adverstisements ! The second one is for private blog with access to Google ! There are many thousands reasons to keep it. In french because we have many strange behaviour we prefer to choose google search. Lucene is hard to understand and to debug. With Liferay we are using a french analyser but I am not sure to be able to use it with Roller because Lucene version. Thanks !
