The suggestion given is not my case, as I want /blog to remain in the
url rather than want to remove /test from the url. I have implemented
tukey corrected as I looked around that the url for backend of roller is
correctly rewriting properly as backend files are mainly in jsp, but
problem is in case of url that generates in velocity.
Is there any difference between the jsp and velocity, how they encode
the urls.
