I proposed a Roller 5.1.3 release last week, but really the release should be called 5.2.0 because it does include some database changes, altough minor. The release is primarily a bug fix release, with lots of fixes from Kohei.
I have created a release candidate which you can find here: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/roller/roller-5.2/v5.2.0-rc-1/ And the list of issues resolved is here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=12310906&version=12340980 I'm not going to call for a vote yet because I would like to do some testing, especially upgrade testing on my site. Once I do some more testing I will either call for a vote or create an RC2. Let me know if you try it out.
