I finally finished rewriting the web UI to use Bootstrap via the Struts Bootstrap tags. It's kind of funny that a "UI modernization" effort took three years, but at least I have brought the UI up to 2016 level.

I plan soon to make a Docker image available and a Docker Compose file to make it easy to run Roller + PostgreSQL locally for evaluation and test purposes.
