AtomPub categories with no scheme become entry tags. This applies the same normalization the weblog editor uses (`Utilities.replaceNonAlphanumeric(..., ' ')`), so both paths store the same tags. Bundled themes (gaurav, fauxcoly, frontpage) and the `#showEntryTags` macro now print tag names with `$utils.escapeHTML`. - `EntryCollectionTagsTest`: tag normalization from Atom categories. - `TagNameRenderingTest`: renders `#showEntryTags` and checks that bundled templates escape tag names. - `CHANGES.md`: behaviour-change note (an AtomPub client sending `foo-bar` now gets `foo` and `bar`, as in the editor).
