Hi Alex, I think organization is crucial here. Making people follow a predictable way to find info will make us get people joining. I always refer to how the actual projects that has momentum are doing things. We must copy what works for them.
So for me the main entry point to Apache Royale should be the new WP site. >From here the plain menus should point you to the main entry points of: Source Code, downloads, documentation,... as easy as that Source code will have in one page all what you need... Documentation shoul have as well all what you need.. if you have a wiki for compiler, and a Wiki for asjs, and so on, it's normal, but we need to keep it well organized and well indexed from the main site. The GitHub is linked like other actual project do, since is where all code is done and where the magic happens really As you said we need more volunteering, but we are now few people and we must put objectives accordingly to our actual number. If we grow, we can do more things, but we can't make plans that implies 20 volunteers if we only have 8 active (for saying something) For that reason I'm making proposals regarding website task thinking in what we can actually assume.
