Before we go updating links to the nightly, I'm pretty sure we can't do
that without being very careful. Projects are not supposed to invite the
general public to download nightly builds since they aren't approved
releases.

You can invite folks to join the dev@ list to contribute to the project
and find out there how to get the nightly builds. You can tell someone on
users@ to try a nightly to see if it fixes their problem or so they can
evaluate Royale but you have to be clear it isn't released. But inviting
everyone on users@ to grab the nightly is probably not right. You might
be able to put some sort of caution words around the links from the web
pages, but I'm not sure that is ok.

IMO, the site needs to invite folks to subscribe to dev@ and not start by
grabbing a nightly. Once we get a release out, then we can tell them to
grab the release. And to address Carlos' concerns (which I share), we
might want add words around it to set expectations low.

Thanks,
-Alex
