Unfortunately, there is no special offers for Adobe CC users that I know of.
Also, I would recommend grouping the IDEs into two categories: Current/Modern/Full? and Legacy. Moonshine and VSCode are in the first group. FDT may be as well. IntelliJ and FB are in the Legacy group as not all features are guaranteed to work and I don't think they have a project type of "FlexJS" or "Royale". There is another IDE called FlashDevelop that supposedly works with FlexJS.
