Are you referring to SWF-side support?

Otherwise, space between components should be managed with CSS margins.
We also have a Spacer component like in Flex, but I think margins is the
least expensive way.  The SWF-side support for CSS margins is currently
not well implemented.  We might fix that up as we create emulation SWCs.
