Why does it have to be clear who the release manager is? The release will be a decision of the entire PMC. Really, several people can split up running the steps on Jenkins. In an extreme case, a different person could verify and sign the compiler bits than the person who verifies and signs the framework bits. There is no way to set the FROM header as a one-off when Jenkins sends emails. I suppose if it is really important that we make it more clear who the RM is that the generated message body could be sent to the RM who can then forward it. Or the first lines of the emails could say: "Hi, this is your release manager, Joe BitShipper".
