How other IDE are working? I will check. If they have similar approach we may not bother stuff which is hidden.
However your idea with having ability to write path manually is also an option. I'm surprised - why those folders are hidden ?! It's pretty weird to me, but I'm mostly Windows user, so maybe it is common thing that on Mac some auto installed stuff is hidden. Thanks for your input.
