HI all,

I would also opt for a 0.10.0 if there was functionality added (Which I would
assume as you folks are working hard on new features all the time)

I usually keep as a rule of thumb:

- Does it break anything (breaking changes) -> increment the first digit (major
version number) ... ok as your haven't released the 1.0 yet, this might not yet
be an option.
- Does it add functionality -> increment the second digit
- Does it not break anything and not add new functionality (bugfix) ->
increment the third digit

    I have no preference.

If there’s a consensus on it being 0.10.0, that’s fine with me, although
it’ll probably be easiest if we make that change before we start on the release.
