Thank you. Yesterday, I checked several approaches along the time to solve this issue.
I see an unfinished file reference save and an effort to emulate 100% the Flex/Flash behaviour. Before go to sleep, I put filereference working on my side. I will do a PR as soon I can but my intention is not to 100% emulate Flash behaviour. About files, I don't think that is the way to go and many already tryed it.
