As we don't rely on FP anymore, don't affect us directly. The only issue is that it's more difficult to create a generic framework since we support JS and SWF. For another hand I have the feeling that no one or few people are using Royale for SWF as many features are not implemented.
About FP is constantly being removed on computers, this also happens with other technologies that are discontinued. For example .NET 2 is constantly removed on every single Windows update.
