That's odd, it 'works for me' when doing exactly the same thing. I'm not sure if it was relevant, but the maven build of framework libs was broken before my very recent commit. Because maven doesn't seem to halt on failure, perhaps there was some issue after that. Aside from that, I am not sure what is causing the difference....
