The library source files are used by IDEs for debugging, so it would be
ideal to have them included in all distributions.

Not to mention that reading the source code from a convenient local
location is a great way to learn about the framework's internals. I
wouldn't be on the Flex/Royale PMC if I hadn't dug into the source code
from my local SDK all those years ago.
