You have to compile themes, this is a symptom that something is missing in the 
Jewel project, true?

I just compiler TourDeJewel and it worked, although the TriState Checkbox does 
not seem to work as expected. I’m guessing I’m missing the correct CSS files.

I used ant FWIW.
