Thanks for working on this. 4.0.1 sounds OK to me if it is mainly bug
fixes.
I tried the vagrant file and it worked fine, but I feel that the Accumulo
version used in the vagrant file 1.6.5 is very old. I think the current
version of  Rya might be working fine with 1.7.3 or 1.7.4 so maybe we
should at least try that?
It would be great if we could update Accumulo to 1.9.3 or 1.10.0 in the
near future.
