Most of the Rya documentation is in the rya.manual project. It would be more
accessible if it was re-written using github flavored markdown, directories
re-structured in a conventional way, and linked to from the main readme.md file.
This task isn't so much about the content or correctness of the documentation.
It's more about the format and directory structure.
