One little trick, if you name your pull request starting with the JIRA
identifier, "RYA-228", the PR will get automatically linked on the JIRA
issue :)

I think a jira ticket and then add Adina as a watcher. She knows the
process for updating (I'm not sure everyone has permissions but I might be
wrong).
