After talk with [~jongwook], I realize that we could make release easy by using
[sbt-release|https://github.com/sbt/sbt-release] plugin, so I added it on this
PR. also previous PR was created to branch-0.1.0, so I changed it to master
branch. please review this and tell me what you guys think!
