To ease development process, it is often needed to have local snapshots of
s2graph in the local repository (~/.m2/repository/..) - There is no convenient
and fully functional way to use sbt build in other maven based projects. Just
like Apache Spark let coexist sbt and maven, propose to add pom.xml in each
subfolders. This will not impact the current build process. Of course, we would
need to align the dependency version along the way...
