SAMOA-9: Change namespace to apache.org
This is a huge patch that renames all the 'com.yahoo.labs' classes to
'org.apache' classes.
It includes changes to scripts and configuration files.
Documentation should be updated separately.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/gdfm/incubator-samoa SAMOA-9
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
