Hi Mahesh, Perhaps this will help: I am working on putting out a release for 0.4.0-incubating for voting, but is not out there yet.
You can get a peak here: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/samoa/0.4.0-incubating-rc1/ I will put this version for voting in the next couple of days anyhow, so give it a shot and let us know if you spot any issues.
