I am not sure what is the problem you are facing. Ideally, the VHT should take care of the nominal and numeric attributes you have and perform the appropriate aggregation. This is as long as the instances appear in a standard format of input, such as arff. If you need helper functions to transform the attributes from nominal to numeric etc., maybe you can check the MOA API or even the weka library for pointers to helping code. Hope this helps!
