disable the flaky test
TestZkBarrierForVersionUpgrade.testZkBarrierForVersionUpgrade
We are seeing the fails sometimes from this test, and the details are put
in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SAMZA-1193. We are disabling it first
because this test is fixed in SAMZA-1193.
