 Review comment:
   * Setting the timeouts for these operations is not harder and it gives more 
control to the API user. Not sure why it is an overkill. 
   * Moreover, blocking here for 10 seconds just to delete/create topics will 
slow down the already sluggish integration-tests. Even if we don't want to 
expose the timeout, time-unit, it would be better to reduce these timeout from 
10 seconds to lower value in the following places.
      * To create the kafka topics.
      * To delete the kafka topics.
      * To close the AdminClient.
