Improve the solver component for OOCalc Kohei Yoshida has written a basic 'Solver' component for OOCalc which handles simple linear and non-linear optimisations of spreadsheet content. It would be useful to extend the set of optimisers to be faster and more stable. Finding appropropriately licensed libraries would be ideal, although some candidates may be interested in creating new analytics. This will be an ongoing project, so the preference will be towards maintainable, documented code rather than hard core performance. Developers should be able to build OOo (via go-ooo.org) and have a background in numeric optimisation.
+1.
