Currently, R(D)COM version 2.51 has a problem with RExcel when rcom is
not installed. There are 2 solutions.
  * Install rcom from CRAN, and then in R execute the following commands
         1. library(rcom)
         2. comRegisterRegistry()
         3. comRegisterServer()
  * Download and install the updated version from
http://rcom.univie.ac.at/download/current/RSrv250_pl1.exe
and install it
