Hi Kohei, Thanks so much for the advice. After spending some more time on this, it turns out your previous advice was best, though had to be taken a bit further. I actually included all the JRI java files with my own code, compiled everything together, and then it worked.
When I try to run RServe (it's all Java, no use of external libraries through OO) without including files like in the method above, I get the same problem...
