Intersting, I was sure starting OOo is enough (as it was closed when I
installed the uno package).
I did not have time to test this after the restart and do NOT have
currently access to the Win XP machine. Will test it then tomorrow.

Ah, makes sense! You're perfectly correct: I restarted the computer and the
functions are now there.
Sounds like the perfectly intuitive Windows way to restart an application ;-)
