Hello. I've just read "OpenOffice.org's Documentation of the Microsoft Excel File Format". That's certainly a good document. But with my ability, I have not understood everything about Microsoft Excel File Format yet. So, I want to write a small program that can read string content of cell A1 or just read the author infomation (author, last saved by, ...) of a Microsoft Excel file (use C++ or C#). That program will make me know the binary format of MS Excel file more clearly! Could you tell me how to do or where I can find any references to build a small program like that, please? Thank you very much!
