No, you're right. The behaviour when pasting from the clipboard
is not exactly the same as when using drag & drop.
Thus, I think that the paste special behavior should be adapted to
reflect your changes as obviously, they are what user expects.
Should we create an issue for that ?
I would even, say that adding an "insert the copied cells" entry on
the right click would be nice.
