Yeah, you might think this is very fundamental point and I think so
too.

Tora takes over the implementation related to Excel format. He
probably takes care of this document. To be honest, I'm not so
familiar with Excel format :-p This document helps me to understand
how Excel stores phonetictext. Thank you for your informative
document.

I would add this issue as the "i8076[4|5|6] depends on" field, but I
forgot to do it. I've done it.
