I have seen the additions you made to the wiki page.Thank you for your help!
You have added 3 issues to the wiki, but some of them are the same as our
featrue, for example: Empty and Non-Empty conditions in AutoFilter and so on.
Now, I want to know whether these issues should be fixed? If the answer is
"yes", what should we do in featrue(Data Filter)?
We hope you can give us some suggestions. Looking forward to your reply.

See the additions I just made to the wiki page. The ODF proposal about
new filter conditions didn't cover does-not-start-with or
does-not-end-with conditions. I'll propose '!starts' and '!ends'
attributes to the OASIS TC.
