Glad to tell you that the bug phenomenon of issue40353 can be reproduced now.
I believe the steps should be depicted as follows:
1.save one .ods file which contains more than one sheet, for example 3
sheets
2.new calc
3.Insert::Sheet From File
4.pick the .ods file
5.In the "From file" box, 'CTRL+A' doesn't work.
whether it is right to understand the issue like this?
