I don't know which m5 build you have, I didn't try with m5, but my m6
still gives 11 as result, which is correct. 19 would not be correct.
With the given data in B51:C57 when searching for 6.1 the value 6 is the
last value <= 6.1, the result vector has the corresponding value 11 in
the same row.
