Please note that you have written to the sc-dev mailing list related to
the spreadsheet application of OpenOffice.org (but you mentioned the
word processing application of MS Office). Changing the zoom factor of a
document is similar in OpenOffice.org Writer and Calc:
- Menu View -> Zoom (last entry)
or
- In the status bar (below document): Right click on the "100%" (quick
selection)
- In the status bar: Double-click on the "100%" (dialog box)
or in Writer 3.0
- In the status bar, use the new zoom slider.
By the way: I am working with a 15" notebook and do not have any
problems with the 100% zoom factor (I am using a screen resolution of
1280x800).
