I think if they were easy to fix they would had been fixed already..
Part of the problem is that Excel row heights are given in 255th
fractions of a font height. If font metrics differ that is a problem.
That a CJK font was used in issue 70505 probably adds to this.

For a detailed answer you may have to wait until the holiday season is
over and Daniel will be back.
