I've got a customer with the following error description:

I am trying to leave Excel altogether, and the new year was a good moment.
Daily, I fill out spreadsheet about my interpretation jobs and other issues, but
several times I have noticed that some sheets suddenly appear duplicated, with
an added 2 in the name.
This is very annoying as I may be updating one sheet and then it turns out to be
a duplicate!
I use version 3.0.0 OOO300m9(Build:9358) in Swedish. (I don't understand the
data at the top of this page under Found in version and Subcomponent... Sorry!)

Is this a known behaviour according to design? Any reference in the
manual that might help this customer?
