fgreg opened a new pull request #3: SDAP-54 Fix error with docker build URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-sdap-ningester/pull/3 Set version of miniconda to 4.3.31 instead of latest to fix error. Also needed to add gcc to compile the numpy c extensions.
