Note: this changes the command to launch the webapp from 'python -m
webservice.webapp' to (I think, haven't tried it yet) 'python -m
sdap.analysis.webapp'
This one is going to have to be tested by multiple team members to ensure the
development environment does not break and that the webapp can still run as a
python module.
Also, the docker image entrypoint script will need to be updated:
